NAFS is a community-based organisation, which supports socially isolated women, elderly and people from BAME communities and their young families, to improve their health and wellbeing.

About NAFS

NAFS aim to provide a wide variety of activities, which can be accessed locally and are delivered by a trusted community member who can empower other woman to support the leading of activity.
